🌴 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. - No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. - We understand that life happens. Emergency situations will be handled with compassionon a case-by-case basis. - By booking your session, you agree to these terms 🌴 All required forms and waivers must be completed (no less than 24 hours) prior to appointment. 🌴 There is a 10 minute tardy/late period before appointment is cancelled and cancellation fee charged. 🌴 Forms of payment: Credit/Debit Card or Apple Pay/Google Pay, we are a CASHLESS establishment. ADDITIONAL SPA POLICIES: 🌴 Head Spa Experiences are finished with a towel dry and leave-in conditioner. Microfiber drying caps and/or blow dry services are available at an additional charge. Please book accordingly. This is a blow dry finish, not a style. 🌴 Services will be denied if there is an excessive amount of detangling prior to service. Please come with hair detangled. 🌴 Services will be denied if there is any sign of ring worm or lice. If you have a scalp condition outside of what was just mentioned, you are welcome to come! 🌴 Services cannot be performed on any clients with hair extensions. (Ex: braids, micro-links, sew-ins, etc). 🌴 No additional guests will be allowed if not being serviced.
